Our recent structuring solution included defining and distributing a capital structure for a portfolio of office properties across Netherlands where we created a small securitization framework to place senior, mezzanine and first loss debt on a portfolio with a value under EUR 125 mm. We were successful in finding retention capital under the new securitization rules and provided a 85 LTV debt at much lower cost than a traditional debt solution.
